Delete Account / 刪除帳戶

Use this page to request deletion of your AutoMate app account and associated data if you cannot use the in-app deletion path. / 如你未能使用 App 內刪除帳戶功能,可透過本頁要求刪除 AutoMate App 帳戶及相關資料。

Delete your AutoMate account

If you have an AutoMate account, you can request deletion of your account and associated app data from inside the AutoMate app or through this web resource.

Delete from the app

  1. Open the AutoMate app.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Review the confirmation and confirm deletion.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@automate-app.com with the subject “AutoMate account deletion request”. You can also contact cs@automate-app.com. Include the phone number or account identifier linked to your AutoMate account so we can verify ownership before processing the request.

What happens after deletion

After a valid deletion request, we delete or anonymize your app account profile, login identifiers, phone or email contact data, vehicle records, service booking records, service-pass records, notification identifiers, and other app account data where no longer needed.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, safety, or regulatory reasons. For example, payment references and order records may be retained where required to handle receipts, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or legal obligations.

如你持有 AutoMate 帳戶,可透過 AutoMate App 內的刪除帳戶功能,或透過本網頁資源, 要求刪除你的帳戶及相關 App 資料。

在 App 內刪除

  1. 開啟 AutoMate App。
  2. 前往設定。
  3. 點選刪除帳戶。
  4. 閱讀確認提示並確認刪除。

無法使用 App 時要求刪除

如你已無法使用 App,請電郵至 support@automate-app.com ,標題請填寫「AutoMate account deletion request」。你亦可聯絡 cs@automate-app.com。 請提供與 AutoMate 帳戶相關的電話號碼或帳戶識別資料,以便我們在處理要求前核實帳戶擁有權。

刪除後會如何處理資料

收到有效刪除要求後,我們會刪除或匿名化不再需要的 App 帳戶個人檔案、登入識別資料、 電話或電郵聯絡資料、車輛紀錄、服務預約紀錄、服務套票紀錄、通知識別碼,以及其他 App 帳戶資料。

如基於法律、會計、稅務、付款、爭議、防詐騙、安全或監管原因需要保留部分紀錄, 我們可能依法保留有關資料。例如付款參考及訂單紀錄可能需要用於收據、退款、拒付、 爭議或法律責任處理。
